Meadowview a terrific community in Temecula, Ca.. Only 1 mile to the Mall a few more miles to the freeway and surrounded by tract homes lies a community that has a minimum lot size of 1/2 acre and is zoned for horses. I have lived in Meadowview since 1986 enjoying many of the facilities and the open acreas. The homes range from simi custom to full custom estates. It may be difficult for the first time to navigate through the community with one major road that goes in circles and you must know which street to turn on to get out. I will be writing many Blogs about this community. A serious of Blogs to introduce your to the great quality of life in this community. The facilities include a clubhouse with kitchen facilities, two swimming pools with one kiddie pool, a spa next to the upper pool, Tennis courts, playground, Basketball courts, an equestrain center, miles of horse ,walking and hiking trails in the common area.
